Is there any character limit when customising my bottle?
There is a limit of 12 characters for engraved customisation on the water bottle.
Do the bottles feel hot or cold to the touch?
No, it doesn't. That's an advantage of our products. The material's technology (double-wall stainless steel) prevents the inside temperature from being felt outside.
